Guidelines

• Referring accounts should be genuine and not fake accounts to enjoy the "Refer & Earn" cash bonus amount.
• The PAN Card of all referred friends should be verified.
• No user is allowed to have more than one account on Vision11
• Withdrawals of winnings should be done following the proper procedures.
• Submission of fake copies and identities will be considered a violation of Fair Policy.
• A user has to verify multiple accounts on the same device by verifying PAN card, mobile, email, and bank account details.

Penalties for the Violation of Fair Play Policy

To ensure a fair and trusted environment for all users, Vision11 strictly monitors any form of unfair activity or rule violation. Below are the actions taken if a Fair Play Violation is detected:

Account Investigation

If any user is suspected of violating Fair Play policies, their account will be subjected to a thorough review by the Vision11 compliance team.

Soft Ban (If Found Guilty – Minor Violation)

• The account will be limited to 1 withdrawal per day, capped at ₹5000, irrespective of the withdrawal method (instant or normal).
• Access to certain public or paid contests may be restricted, particularly for specific series.

Hard Ban (If Found Guilty – Major or Repeated Violation)

• The user's Vision11 account will be permanently banned.
• All access to games, withdrawals, and contests will be completely revoked.
