We do not warrant that the Platform, servers, or any emails from us are free from viruses. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, loss of data, goodwill, business opportunities, income, profit, property, or third-party claims. Users may request account deletion by selecting Delete Account. We will respond within one month of receiving your request or any additional information required to process it.
Upon account deletion, access to the Platform, Services, and associated personal data will be permanently removed. Data will be securely deleted from active and backup systems or anonymized as appropriate. Some delays may occur due to system processes.
